Here is our process to ensure your satisfaction:
1. Clearly Stated Expectations
Even though we have phenomonal succes in removing spots and excessive soiling we understand that miracles don’t happen with spots that have already become stains. We make every attempt to remove spots and we will always tell you what you can expect before the work is performed.
2. Cleaning Technician Post-inspection
After every job is complete we ask you to walk through your home or business with our cleaning technician. He may point out any stains that didn’t come out and wear or fading spots that you should be aware of. He will also ask you if you have any questions and/or concerns and if you see anything that you feel may need more attention.
3. Follow-up Call
Within 5 business days you will receive a follow-up phone call and an e-mail (if we cannot reach you by phone) from our Customer Service Specialists. It’s a friendly follow-up to hear how you have enjoyed having AmeriClean into your home or business. They will ask if you have any questions and/or concerns and they will be happy to help you in anyway that they can.
4. No Charge Service Call
If by chance you do have a concern that needs to be addressed, our Customer Service Specialist will schedule a No Charge Service Call at your convenience. A Cleaning Technician will arrive on-time (as always) and address and even re-clean any areas in which you have concerns. This is all at no charge to you and we will again follow-up after the service call to ensure your satisfaction.
