One word, Outstanding, and I do not give that rating lightly. I had 2 area rugs cleaned. One I considered trashing as our 9 week old puppy liked it for his pee pad. Adam brought the rug back to life, smells, stains, gone. Further, my floral area now bursts with color. I am in love all over again. You bet, I would recommend.
