Whoa! I called and left a message saying I needed a pet stain removed. A very nice lady called me back 2 minutes later and said they could be there the same day. Just 90 minutes later, they were at my house cleaning my carpet. I asked the cleaner (Ron) if he would mind doing my bedroom too while he was there, and he said sure. ($164 for initial service, $40 extra to add the bedroom) Ron was SUPER professional and knowledgeable about carpets. He gave me solid advice and encouragement about renting a carpet stretcher to get my carpet really looking like new. Thanks Ron. Thanks Americlean.
