We recommend turning on all ceiling fans and making sure your central air is turned on for proper ventilation throughout your home/business. Typical drying times may range from 6-8 hours depending on air circulation. Try to limit foot traffic on your freshly cleaned carpets and it is recommended that pets and children stay off of the carpet until it is completely dry. Be sure to use caution when walking from freshly cleaned carpet onto hard surface floors as it may be very slippery.

2 rooms take about 1 hour from arrival to departure. Time can be reduced as more rooms/areas are added to the service.

The quick answer, not all “stains” can be removed. It really depends a lot on what the spot or “stain” is, how long it’s been there, and what type of treatments have already been used on the spot. Many times a homeowner or DIY cleaner can set the spot into a permanent stain by treating it with the wrong chemistry and/or methods.

Carpet: 99% of the carpets we clean are cleaned with our self-contained truck-mounted units. We purchase top of the line equipment and we keep it maintained and clean like no other.

These truck-mounted units are the most powerful on the market with both heat and extraction (suction). The method is referred to as the Hot Water Extraction Method. Otherwise known as “steam cleaning.” It’s actually using pressurized hot water ranging from 180 degrees F – 220 degrees F. The steam often seen is not what’s cleaning the carpet, upholstery or tile, it’s simply the steam from the hot water.
