I reached out to the Hagerstown location and spoke with the young lady Ms.Shelia who was very informative and polite also willing to offer a discount service which was awesome. I’m a new homeowner in the area and the previous owners had a dog that I wanted to rid the odor. I explained what was needed and Americlean out did themselves the Tech Todd was awesome and very polite and positive.
