Let me just begin by saying that after my last visit from AmeriClean, I am now a lifelong customer. I have twin four year olds so keeping the carpet clean is no easy task. My first visit from AmeriClean was great. My appointment was scheduled in a prompt manner and the service was professional and excellent. Besides for the normal wear of high traffic areas, it was as clean as the day it was installed. My second visit from AmeriClean wasn’t quiet as seamless. Remember those four year olds? Well, they spilled fingernail polish on that freshly cleaned carpet that had been cleaned less than two months prior. Unfortunately, I tried to clean the stain myself and should have left it to the professionals. Had I done this I have no doubt that they would have done the same excellent job they had done the first time. When AmeriClean came out my husband was told the stain could not be removed but a possible carpet repair could be done. This is what happens when you leave a man in charge of making decorating decisions. Needless to say repairing the carpet was an all around bad decision on everyone's part and it just looked bad. After calling to express my dissatisfaction with what had been done, Sheila promptly came out to my house to see the damage. Honestly, she could have walked away saying that we made the decision to have the carpet repaired and left it at that. But instead she stood by her word of customer satisfaction and when ABOVE and beyond what I had expected to be done. It’s simple.
