I can't say enough good things about this company. I own a short term rental in WV. The last guests we had left on Tuesday morning...what they left behind on the carpet was horrible. Their dog obviously decided our white carpet was their toilet. I called Americlean Tuesday afternoon. Shannon was amazingly helpful. I explained the carpet needed to be cleaned prior to the next guest arriving in 2 days. She was able to get me on the schedule the very next day. To say I was shocked by the quality of their cleaning would be an understatement. The Americlean team was courteous, professional and efficient. They charged a fair and competitive price for their service, too. They definitely earned a lifelong customer!
